One theme, three stores
A custom Shopify theme maintained on a single codebase with a branch per market. Shared components ship to every store; store-specific content never crosses over.
Owned brand · Commerce · India
Organic kidswear for ages one to five, built because a mother could not find a single Indian label she trusted against her own daughter's skin. We own it, and we run every system it sits on.
What we built for it
Every piece of the studio's stack was written here first, under real orders and real ad spend. That is why we are willing to point it at someone else's store.

A Cloudflare Worker resolves the visitor country before the page renders and sends them to the storefront priced in their currency. No third-party redirect script, no flash of the wrong store.
Orders go out on Amazon Shipping through our own app, on our own rate card. Labels, COD reconciliation and failed-delivery responses all happen inside Shopify admin.
A Claude-powered writer researches, drafts in brand voice, validates itself against seven gates and publishes to Shopify with schema and metafields already set.
GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel with the Conversions API behind it, and a first-party event relay on our own subdomain so ad blockers do not quietly delete a third of the data.
Two typefaces, five colours, one tone. Every ad, listing image and video is produced against the same brand token sheet, so the fifth touchpoint still looks like the first.
Origin
Shopping for her daughter, our founder kept meeting the same three answers: polyester-heavy kidswear that irritated delicate skin, bright outfits with quality traded away, and “export quality” garments cut for other markets. Nothing met the standard she expected for her own child, so she built the brand that would.
India has supplied the world with exquisite cotton for centuries. Mom & Zoey works with local growers and makers so that “export quality” finally means “made for Indian children, too.”
Children's skin is thinner and more absorbent than an adult's. Every collection is cut from GOTS-certified organic cotton and linen with azo-free dyes.
Natural fabrics, biodegradable trims, compostable packaging and small-batch manufacturing — the ordinary choice, not the premium upgrade.
Pieces that move from a school morning to a birthday party, and are worth handing down when they are outgrown.
If it would not go on our own child, it does not go in the catalog. That rule has killed more samples than any margin calculation.
“Every child deserves a mother's touch in every thread.”

The storefront is the honest version of this page — the same theme, the same routing, the same shipping and the same measurement described above, running live.
